This is kind of where I'm at right now. I don't think Trump really cares much about running down rabbit holes of past issues that don't really involve him, ie. the Epstein island stuff.

What he DOES care about is destroying the Deep State. The evidence of that is very clear. So, it makes some sense to me that he would use the Epstein data release to ferret out problems in the courts and FBI rather than be overly concerned about every name on the flight list.

That's another example of this crap that just frustrates the hell out of me. The following morning after the 2020 election night there were people on here posting her and that other goober Georgia attorney's twitter posts claiming that Trump had actually won all 50 states and other nonsense and swearing (a couple of them very angrily to me) that Biden would never be put in office and in fact would be in prison soon. Any rational person could tell at a glance that those attorneys were lunatics, but people get so wrapped up in what they want that they'll just cling to anything that enables their fantasies.

What did people expect here, that the AG would send out a list to the public saying "These are the names of all the rich and famous people that we have on video with children and that we'll be charging soon"? If they were going to arrest anyone they wouldn't do that first any more than the FBI would get on TV and say "We just came upon proof that the mafia's giant drug warehouse is on Main Street and the mayor and half the town council are involved and we'll be starting to arrest people in a few weeks."

There were only two options with this. We'd get nothing of interest, or else we would get something of mild curiosity but then nothing would go beyond that because they already showed their hand.
