Leftist ideology is a mind virus. The harm they cause is inexcusable.

I'd like to see actual numbers, not just percentages.

I'd be interested to see if any babies lives were saved by physicians' hesitation to perform kneejerk abortive procedures in the interest of "life of the mother", however.

Care to expound on that? Why is this an issue with leftists? What harm did they cause here? I'd just like to know your reasoning since you posted that without any explanation.

Would be interesting to see how many of these deaths were within 100 miles of our southern border.

This has already been discussed. Texas has clear laws that allow for doctors to intervene to save the mother's life. Ken Paxton has made it clear to the hospital general counsels they are not doing their duty by letting women sit in limbo for political theater or misplaced fear of retribution.

Every single one of the cases that has made the news has had huge holes in the story. Just off the top of my head:
-Woman went out of state for abortion after board all agreed fetus was viable and did not have a good reason for abortion
-Woman was misdiagnosed and hospital allowed her to leave with sepsis when the hospital shouldn't have let her leave.
-Woman had a ton of co-morbidities and underuse of prenatal visits before experiencing severe complications.

Any drive-by articles that ignore how many lives have been saved as the foundational number before diving into medically negligent behavior isn't worth reading.

I have a relative in this statistical group for last year. She would not have gotten an abortion and It wasn't due to the doctor's decision at all.

How many were vaxxed?

Again, I work in a very conservative area of the state and have yet to see a single doctor not do the best thing for the patient.

This is liberal doctors trying to prove a point using patient and their unborn children as a gambling chip to sway public opinion.

It is well known that leftists doctors have been delaying lifesaving treatment as a political statement against abortion laws but under the false pretense of liability.

This is actually affecting my wife's cousin. 17 weeks and they find the baby is in a position where he/she is certain to die soon. They can't move it enough to save it, and it is causing pregnancy complications that have her hospitalized, but they apparently will not operate until the baby is dead. I hate that it has come to that point but it is the type of case that left leaning medical professionals are wanting to push to the limit for political messaging.

I think it might be necessary to clarify or specify the language of the law to be very specific regarding cases like this regarding legal responsibility versus liability so the doctors will act before 2 people might die instead of just 1 as they make a political statement, or maybe have genuine crminal liability concerns if they don't have good legal advice.

Or perhaps it is the Hospitals Lawyers or other Administrators that have been delaying the treatment in the interest of politics.

Go to Colorado if you expect fancy modern medical care.

Or...

Don't let leftist morons be doctors.

Nothing about that situation would be against the law, but leftists have to kill moros for their agenda.

Don't forget the one who was told to go to a hospital that could perform the actual surgical procedure (like actually had the facilities to be able to) instead of the urgent care center because it was an actual emergency that would require that life saving treatment, refused to do so in order to make a political point and went to other urgent care centers who told her the same thing, then when she did go to the ER it was too late.
