Follow my logic. Traditionally aviation has been a white male dominated occupation. And white males undoubtedly make up the majority of the applicant pool in the US. So that is going to be a deeper pool of talent to choose from.

Then liberals instituted AA and DEI to pull from a much smaller applicant pool and have openly favored them in recruiting, hiring, and retention. There is actually a concerted effort to have fewer white males in those fields.

So if a white male from the larger applicant pool makes it through recruiting, selection, and training, they as a group are going to be superior pilots. It is just fact.

Not being a naive idiot and aware of this, I want a white male flying my aircraft. I have experienced this exact phenomenon in law enforcement and law school. I am no longer that young kid that sees the world as I want to be, but instead I am 50 years old who knows how the world actually works in practice.

Now if you get rid of all AA and DEI and we go a generation or so, my opinion would be different.

As expected they delayed release to give them time to scrub or eliminate her social media.

I guess now we have to wait for the crash investigators to release their report.

I feel bad for my daughter and any other young woman who busts their ass to achieve their dream of becoming an airline pilot only to be torn down because you will automatically think she's a dei hire. I know this is F16 but for f sake, have some respect. You know nothing about this young lady and base her whole career on some rediculous conspiracy videos posted on social media and you automatically think they must be true. How about you wait until the actual facts from the actual investigation to come out before making any assessment of this pilots ability to fly an aircraft. Again, you're mad at the wrong people. You have to look at these things through a lense of DEI hiring practices because these companies TOLD US that's why they were hiring people.

I was right that it was an inexperienced female pilot but I thought it would be a VERY experienced co-pilot because I stupidly believed the Delta CEO when he said it was an "experienced crew." Total BS...that was NOT an experienced crew.
