Worried about what this might do to Trumps credibility.
People are tying this to Adam's cooperation with Homeland Security

We know. There is a thread on it.

Trump didn't need this chump's cooperation. Why don't we want to prosecute corrupt politicians?

Good.

Although he's a Dem, he was railroaded on BS because he challenged the Biden regime.

And same for Blagovich. Railroaded for challenging Obama.

Blagovich was a corrupt POS who tried to sell the open senate seat after Obama took the White House. Pardoning him was a mistake

No he didn't.

Listen to his interview with Tucker where all the "evidence" is discussed and covered.

Adams knows where the bodies are buried. Perhaps he will squeal.

Before you go all selling of any seat, what happened with Harris? There wasn't selling going on? $1 billion in contributions in 5 months. Do be so obtuse.

Hear me out for a minute. Was Adams' security clearance affected by that indictment? I think it was.

So what was being done in his city was beyond his knowledge? So Trump needs him to have access and help Homan in NYC?

I think Blago was trying to sell a seat Obama thought he owned and was his to sell. THAT was why he was prosecuted.

The MSM is all up in arms about these supposed dropped criminal charges.

The last time I heard, does not the State of New York have an AG?

They prosecuted Trump, so maybe, they can themselves go after Adam's if they feel so strongly about it.

Leave it to the Biden DOJ to bring federal charges over a city level ethics complaint.

That's how the Dems work. Leave the plantation, get the whipping.

If he was truly railroaded, the case would have been dismissed with prejudice. They didn't and the Trump DOJ can refile the charges later if Adams doesn't play ball. If they do, Adams may be one of the few people that could make a malicious prosecution claim stick.

The scenario you are describing is not malicious prosecution but would be a crime occurring right at this moment. Adams has already said, very clearly, that any concept of the DOJ dropping the charges only to refile at a later date should he refuse to cooperate would be an absolute crime… now, not down the road.

I think a bit too much is being read into the without v with prejudice.

No it wasn't. 8 years in prison was a mistake. He was given commutation first. Now a pardon.
