All for it when you do the same for ovulating without conceiving. /sarcasm

The fact that democrats don't understand the basic science behind human development and lap up this dumb **** tells you everything you need to know about them. And no, it is not some poignant commentary on the absurdity of the pro life position. It's an outgrowth of the absurdity and evil of the pro abortion position.

You know when shooting a load. You may not when the egg moves

But is it such a bad regulation?

It has several exceptions carved out:

There are some exceptions, such as when protection or contraceptions are used during sex. It also wouldn't apply when an individual is masturbating, donating sperm, or if the intercourse takes place between members of the LGBTQ+ community and thus doesn't "produce ova."

So I wonder what the man's response could be to a partner that lies about being "on the pill"?

Also, since all contraception has a failure rate, how would you "prove" you used a condom? Would you need to keep it like a receipt?

Another option is to not have sex unless you are willing to raise a resulting child.

You would be surprised at the number of men who just enter without permission

Saw a reference to this in the funny political tweets thread, decided to see if it was satire. It is not.

Quote:

In between performing multiple surgeries as an OBGYN Friday, the Democrat explained that she wants to start regulating men's reproductive health care.

"If you're going to penalize someone for an unwanted pregnancy, why not penalize the person who is also responsible for the pregnancy?" she said.

She introduced legislation that would make it a felony for men to "discharge semen without the intent to fertilize."

Somani and state Rep. Tristan Rader, D-Lakewood, joined forces to propose a bill nicknamed "Conception Begins at Erection Act."
Of course this is proposed by Democrats

I'll give Somani credit, it's a terrific PR move and ensures she'll be re-elected. The women will love her for this.
She's an anti-bukkakite!!!!

Cool. So to be equitable they must get rid of all pads and tampons...because every woman who ejects an egg that is not fertilized is also breaking the law.

Semen is a gamete.

An egg is a gamete.

Since we must use gender neutral language, then anyone ejecting a gamete without the intent to fertilize is a criminal.

Takes PMS to a whole other level.

Conception does not begin at erection. Or at ejaculation. Or at any point before the sperm reaches the egg. The bill's sponsors suck at biology.

If you're gonna troll, at least name it the "every sperm is sacred" act.
