I'm a practicing catholic and do not care what they say they violated the trust of parishoners globally. We have not even started on the Knights of Colombus and their non profit bs.

I've been to the Vatican.

It has walls, gates, and locks. You have to get a ticket to enter. You have to pass through security. There are limits on how many people are allowed in. There are rules you must follow once inside.

Seems like a good idea for security and all that. Not sure why Frank the Hippy Pope doesn't think this concept is transferable and scalable to a nation.

So, does Papal Infallibility apply to this guy? Asking for a friend.

We believe men were BORN equal with unalienable rights

That equality ends soon after because God granted mankind self determination and as such we are each individually free to choose our path in life. With the freedom of self determination comes the necessity of appropriate consequences for actions. Provided those consequences are doled out equally and commiserate with the choices the equality of all is maintained.

The impact to one's own dignity is self inflicted.

First: There is a reason that the Pope has to be clarified about everything that is reported about him. And even though I don't like Pope Francis, he is often misconstrued and misquoted in the press. I don't know what the agenda is there or whose agenda it is, but the pattern of 'clarifying' his statements afterwards is very observable.

Second: If he actually believes his own quote, then he should realize that the crime against the dignity happens first at the beginning. Which is to say, where these 'immigrants' felt compelled to leave their homeland in the first place, not when they arrived at our border. If he is worrying about the end being bad, he should focus more on whatever is causing these people to leave in the first place, not on what the people at the end have to do to rectify the problem.

Additionally, where is his concern about the human dignity of the native people of America who have to suffer through the confiscation of their property to provide for these invaders, or worse those who have to suffer directly for the personal violence and crimes against them?

For whom? The citizens of this country were begging for border security. The mass importation was forced down our throats. You cannot make the claim it's 'force' to remove them, but not 'force' to allow them to invade.
