Hopefully she spends the next year in a jail cell then is deported.
She also said "her people" were going to come kill those that arrested her and their children. I'd say that carries a little more punishment that vandalizing.4 said:
Arrest her for vandalizing government property

This is the result of decades of conditioning by white libs. America bad. Latin America good. White people bad. Brown people good. They carefully cultivated this sense of entitlement that they can break our laws and at the same enjoy all the benefits of being in America while remaining loyal to their home country.AnScAggie said:She also said "her people" were going to come kill those that arrested her and their children. Vandalism, threatening a peace officer, and resisting were the charges they booked her on.LMCane said:maybe the entire:4 said:

"okay my people are going to kill you" to police officers while resisting arrest...

Death threats on officers.... She went from misdemeanor to felon in about 5 seconds. Hope they throw the book at her and she spends several years in the slammer. No Bueno. Hasta La Vista muchacha.
Add in threatening his kids and I'd just leave her in jail if I was on the jury.rab79 said:CardiffGiant said:

Jury I was on gave out 20 years and $20k for "retaliation" which is threatening a LEO while they are performing their duties. Dude also had prior felony conviction.

I assume she was hoping to become some kind of martyr for the cause by getting tazed and inciting police brutality. But threatening to murder their children may not endear her to many folks on any side of this issue.

What are you talking about? I don't see thousands doing this. One incident in a New Mexico State Park.
