I've definitely seen looney Qanon/MAGA people at Trump rallies who said Trump was actually still president running things during Biden's term. So which was it?

To be fair, it was rather entertaining watching them turn themselves into knots when the interviewer would regurgitate their criticisms of Biden, and then ask them: "Since you say Trump is actually still the President calling the shots, wouldn't you say HE is the one responsible for the Afghanistan withdrawal? And inflation? Etc. Etc. Etc."

I have never heard anyone, anywhere say they thought Trump was running Biden's presidency. Not once.

Can you pull a couple verified MAGA rally quotes where that was said?

Who was running our country the last 4 years? Was it ethical for your man Joe to receive 81 million votes(lol) and someone else then run the country? Who actually made the decisions? (Hint - not FJB)
