He's trying to get us a permanent piece of land by our biggest Ally. Which can be developed into a money maker. Possibly an area for a permanent base and nice spot for troops. Takes a threat away from Israel. Gets them possible economic help too

It's a terrible idea. Forcing out 1.7 million people from Gaza, occupying it with US troops all so we can build it into some resort for the international elite? It's got disaster written all over it and would galvanize terrorist orgs against us the world over.

Trump says a lot of things that aren't true. And from reading BBC and Middle Eastern news sources………no he hasn't. In fact, I think he's just playing his usual 5D chess to move negotiations forward quicker by making another threat.

And anybody who thinks this would be a good idea is truly a fool. Trump isn't that dumb. Pure negotiation tactic.

really the only way to rebuild.

this was the idea of the Abrahamic accords

only way to co-exist if for both places to be prosperous and make money.

Palestine is 3rd world, will take decades and good luck for this to work.

I'm concerned with the amount of money this will cost us.

1. Have Qatar rebuild the strip at their expense;
2. Allow no subsurface installations or utility tunnels-everything above ground;
3.) Conduct mass exorcisms on every square foot of Gaza
4.) Allow only the Gazans back who accept sterilization and cannot reproduce.

There have been many forced migrations and forced resettlements throughout history.

The only way this conflict will ever end is if the Palestinians are forced to resettle or the Israelis are driven out of the country
