A grand jury witness is not prohibited from discussing his own testimony. Being "sealed" does not change that.

If confirmed I have a feeling some of these a-holes are going to find out what happens when their loyalists in the DOJ are gone along with the blind eye they've benefited from.

Gotta love how those 2 senators are not 100% sure on the law and him revealing his GJ testimony and both are essentially demanding that he tells them his testimony during the hearing.

With absolute certainty, if Kash spoke about his GJ testimony and it was determined that was against the law, those 2 senators would be screaming from the mountain tops for him to be prosecuted and thrown in jail.

If Kash is indeed correct that he is not legally allowed to discuss his testimony, those two senators should be prosecuted for coercion and abuse of power. No wonder these frauds were so obsessed with the Jan 6 prosecutions, if they could have… they would have happily opened the doors for the protestors and welcomed them into the capitol building just so they could turn around and use them as a political weapon. Absolute scum.

If so, subpoena Corey Whitehouse's communications so they can't say "we didn't know".

Go back and listen carefully to what Patel says. He never says the law prevents him from testifying as to what he said to the grand jury.


Whitehouee has no clue what he is talking about when he says that Patel can authorize his testimony to be released.

A witness has no rights for his grand jury testimony transcript to be made public.

These Democrat senators have clearly never actually questioned a witness in any kind of legal proceeding. Their questions were laughable!

It was clear even to an average legal Joe that what they were trying seemed sketchy to out of bounds. And they looked stupid for doing it.

They want the testimony, then ask the courts for it. It's not up to a witness to carry a copy around in case some rando with no basis for requesting it demands to see it on the spot.

What is Booker n Whitehouse excuse for not requesting from the court?

Those *******s already have the testimony and wanted him to open the door so they could cite it into the record.

Kash makes some good/great points here, as usual, but I just disagree that the FBI could in any way be salvaged. It needs to be legislatively abolished and replaced.

Absent that, I am glad he is likely to be in charge of it, vs. others.

Huh? Other than slow cadence, every word and concept was clear. It was nothing like a Biden speech for example. He gave dates of emails, than read the content or quotes from them, before going to the next. Was tracking each date for what it suggested. The first group was in February 2022 and then he went on thru April. All was very clear.
