So simultaneously so perfectly planned and executed that they were able to destroy, hide, or otherwise manipulate every single shred of evidence that would implicate them... while also being so sloppy that the shooter was arrested in a theater because the exit strategy was not planned at all. And it wasn't LBJ's cronies that spearheaded the investigation, it was the local PD. Not the FBI, not the CIA, not LBJ's buddies. No evidence ever found that there was a second shooter and the ballistics don't support that assertion.whatthehey78 said:You do know "incriminating evidence" often has a tendency to disappear??? Was this tape a part of the documents release? LBJ involvement wouldn't be a big surprise and may have been a reason for his not running for a second term.
I have no doubt that killing someone is in the realm of possibility for LBJ.
But there is also absolutely zero evidence that LBJ was involved in any conspiracy. And we have TONS of documentation on his life, his friends, his enemies, and his own (pretty awful) recordings.
It's just extremely hilarious that every nutball idea has to rely on "well, all the evidence was obviously destroyed... every single solidarity piece. And every one involved stayed true to LBJ, even after LBJ's death a decade later. Yes, despite the extreme wealth that would have come with writing a book that would expose the conspiracy, all of them took it to their death bed, even after LBJ's death rather than use that knowledge to benefit themselves, their families, or children."
