This is a big one for me and hits close to home as a veteran.

For the last 4 years our military priorities were F'ed up to put it mildly....

The military cannot be burdened by woke idealistic policies.

The military is for destroying the enemies of our country, and defending our country. Not the feelings or emotions of people out of touch with actual reality.

Call me crazy, but how about showing, at the very least, the respect you show to other vets.

I somewhat disagree. I don't think these people should be in combat zones but I don't see a problem with them serving in other jobs within reason. These are people who voluntarily signed up to serve the country.

Estimates I'm seeing are upwards of 8,000 or more active duty.

Now with them being effectively fired, you're going to have some disheartened people with insider knowledge who need money. That's not a good situation.

With a small caveat of not in intel or sensitive matters if can avoid it, as there is a certain implied instability there and the rules of Cold War skullduggery is that can make more susceptible to blackmail and other tricks.

They are mentally ill. They should not be in uniform but rather in therapy.

If you aren't able to be in combat, you are almost worthless to a military.

They were kicking people out left and right during the Iraq/Afghanistan wars for being non deployable. Why do transgender get a pass?

Transgenderism has no place in the military.

I retired from the Navy a little over a year ago, Obama eas bad, Biden was next level awful.

Not in the military.

People who are mentally ill are deemed not fit to serve in the military.

If people with chronic depression, and ADD are scrutinized and there are large barriers for them to be in active military service, why would we allow someone delusional enough to want to chop off their junk (genitals or breasts) serve in the military?

Seems like people with body dismorphia pose a danger to themselves and others statistically their exponentially higher suicide rate shows this.

You can't have people that mentally unstable in the military.

It's just surreal, after 4 years in the wilderness, to see sanity and common sense back to our government.

The concept of people with abnormally high suicide rates serving in a job with abnormally high suicide rates has never been a good one.

I believe the deficiency was previously pointed out. Being mentally fit for duty and ready to deploy are critical.

yea,,, if you are transgender you've created your own little world... I wouldn't want to deal with someone like that at the office much less in a combat situation... boot them out, increase moral, get us back to the military personas we want and need in our armed forces...

They should have been in those positions to begin with. Period. It was a terrible idea from the get go. Best to halt the damage. Never allow crazy people into critical jobs. It why the military and intelligence services should NEVER be used for Social Experimentation.

Just 1 reason of 10,000 why Biden was and is a disaster.

Problem started last administration. All Trump can do is deal with it. Problem existed before Trump did this. Transgender is by definition a mental illness.
