A lot of people don't know this but based on advice from consulting firm McKinsey and Co. one of the most evil companies on the planet. They are pushing DEI hardcore also, but they were evil way before DEI. They gave AllState the " Boxing Glove " strategy basically instead of treating your customers with the " Good hands " you use " Boxing Gloves " beat the **** out of them and drag them through endless litigation in their darkest hour so you can lowball and make sure your customers are so terrified of getting continually F'd over.
