of course it is not auto. if the below is the transcript, they don't say 'auto' but they most likely showed an auto and certainly implied it (which of course is a little more costly and difficult to come by). (and which would also be more in line with what the founding fathers wanted in order to allow to form a militia or protect ourselves from foreign enemies)

Close. They were far more concerned about the U.S. government than any foreign enemy. The Second Amendment isn't about hunting and it isn't about Canada or the Brits or Mexicans. It's entirely about the U.S. government.

I was a LEO for 16 years and a felony prosecutor for 3. I did my time on that side. Gained valuable experience that helps me tremendously on this side. Now. I'm getting paid son.
If the pay was the same, I'd still be locking them up. But it is not even close.
Great effects on target & fun to employ - but only if you can get it into position.
