I don't know about all of that but he's certainly an odd personality and there is enough in his past for an enterprising Congressional aid to make his confirmation hearing a little uncomfortable if they put in the effort to do some digging

I don't think ole Daniel Wetzel E-2, FDT and PMC would have liked that. I was on FDT with him. Freeballed in midnights the entire Mardi Gras parade we were marching in, somehow ripped his pants and mooned the entire crowd during the ripple line. Dude was a character.
Dude was weird AF. But he was motivated to political life and this is what you get. If anything he's probably in the right spot to handle the dirty work.

My experience with him was that he sought power at all expense. He had no connection with his buddies and even had a personal vendetta against some. If you can't advance his career then he has no use for you.
