Yes and no. Hate to hedge but without seeing the wording of such anticipated pardon for her conduct while on the Jan 6th Committee, hard to tell.
Cassidy's former attorney, Passantino, still has a pending defamation case in which both Liz and Cassidy may be subpoenaed.
But general rule is that a pardon extinguishes 5th Amendment rights as to the subjects contained in the pardon.
