Is anyone else having this issue? I understand cookies, advertising, etc. I don't have an ad-blocker, but this is the only intrusive website I ever fight. This isn't the small screen ads, it's a fullpage ad that takes over the screen and only happens on Texags. Probably happens about twice an hour here.

You're lucky. I haven't watched a movie in ten years, so I am not the target audience -- there is nothing contextual or behavioral there. Also, I get it on Chrome and Edge, both desktops, but not my phone.

Delete all your cookies, history, and cache and restart your browser. I've had this happen a few times on TexAgs and this has usually fixed it. Has not happened with this specific ad.

I occasionally had a REALLY bad time with large, screen consuming ads on my phone.

They weren't consistent, but would almost make the site unusable on mobile. Then they'd disappear for a few while and come back. I haven't seen them since I switched mobile browser apps from Chrome to DuckDuckGO
