I am so tired of them saying Non-Violent Offenders and drug possession crimes. Most of those were the result of plea bargaining down to lesser crimes just to save the time and trouble of a trial.

Actually I was expecting the Dems/Libs to completely empty the Fed Pens on the way out the door as a Giant FU to America for not voting for them. I guess we got lucky with just 1500 being set free.

You seem to think that Biden's handler's care if his dubious pardons are noticed by anyone.


When January rolls around, there will be very high profile pardons. I bet most of those will be complete BS and worthy of everyone's criticism.

They were already out of prison. Looks like this bunch was either doing probation or house detention.

With upcoming Trump pardons, I wonder if both side would consider an amendment placing limits on pardon power.

If we had a working congress that could actually pass a Constitutional Amendment I could see it. Maybe 40 or more years ago...
