The R&P board is still mostly polite and some of the best lib poster on Texags hang out over there. Also, if you ever want an education on Eastern Orthodox Christianity, lots of good talk about that.

R&P was way more spicy in 2015 when one particular poster kept saying that gays getting to marry was going to lead to a slippery slope, and the resident libs telling him he was going to be wrong.

Pretty sure he was right.

Religion doesn't really change all that quickly, so we have all had the same conversations 20 times. I could probably create a thread out of memory and mimic what person is going to say what. It just got stale.

I have been on premium for 20 years now. What I have found that most people complaining about F16 on there are liberal or CMs even if they don't post here. I have dug into past posts just to see why they hate it, and they usually are either left wingers or class of 20 or later. There was one major lib on here, who we found out was still in school and parents paid for everything and he still had all 'the feels' cause he never paid for anything in his life. I think that is your typical TA 18-24 year old F16 hater.

Most are mad because there is almost freedom of speech and challenging of ideas here that don't happen on most other places on the internet. They want censorship on stuff they don't agree with. No kid gloves here. Back up your take or get clowned.

There is definitely some of that too, worry about what others think/hurt recruiting. But that fact thar Brandon, whose livelihood is staked to Aggie athletics (poor guy ;<) continues to have F16, shows what TA thinks about that take.

List all of your old handles.
