Jordan Neely's father sues Daniel Penny over subway death | Fox News
And of course, the article uses a picture of Neely from 15 years ago. Why is a mugshot never used?

I would like to know just how much influence this "father" had on Neely. Was he there to help him with his addictions and mental illness? Did he offer him a place to stay, try to get him off the streets? When was the last time they spoke? I'm willing to bet it was very little seeing has how they don't share the same surname. Can questions like this be asked during a deposition to avoid an actual trial if in fact he was an absent father?Quote:
A copy of the complaint provided by Donte Mills, Zachary's attorney, alleged Penny negligently assaulted, battered and seriously injured Neely, causing his death.
