Finite amount of room - Limit each parent company that owns media to one correspondent. Disney, Comcast, AT&T, etc. are limted to one reporter only. Then independent political podcasts/website companies will have room. (Just the News, Daily Wire, etc.) Tucker and Kelly could hire a reporter or ask like-minded reporters to ask pertinent questions.
The dang thing is televised so there really isn't a need for everyone to be there. You could submit questions before hand and pick em out of a hat for what it's worth.
