It's amazing the left wants DEI in medicine and with pilots. You'd think there'd be just a couple areas where we could all agree the best people should be in them and we shouldn't be getting people in who don't deserve it.

Hate to tell you, but the A&M medical school was caught playing DEI games a while back. I don't know if they actually admitted objectively unqualified minorities, but I'm pretty sure minority applicants got in with lower stats than a white applicant would need. I am thankful that the state government is finally stepping in to stop this crap.
It's too late for my kid. I had a front row seat watching my son get denied - and not due to ability. He has moved on but he's still in a stem field.
