How stupid is that? Even Trump will fly them in, pull any federal funding and say, "They wanted them. They wanted to use their state taxpayer dollars to care for them. So the ones we cannot deport yet, we are going after the criminals first, if those states want to hold them until we work to get down with them, fine wth me."
