Nah, he was never in charge. They were just hoping it wouldn't get too obvious. The one good thing that came out of Biden's "Presidency" is that he 100% confirmed the deep state exists. With that in mind, it makes perfect sense why the keep putting out such terrible candidates. It simply doesn't matter to the true PTB. What I can't understand, is that there are a lot of people that are just fine with this. They don't care that they have no idea who's really running things or what the real agenda is…as long as it's team blue.
