Arizona v. United States basically gives the President unlimited power over immigration. That case basically says the states have no power over immigration. It is the one power the Supreme Court has decided that the executive branch of the federal government has full unchecked power over.

We saw this when Biden, Kamala, and Mayorkas let in 15 million illegal immigrants. Many of the illegal immigrants they let in are Haitian and Congolese. Haitians and Congolese vote Democrat at a 90+ percent rate. That was the Democrats choice.

Trump now has the choice to provide asylum to conservative refugees who are the actual victims of genocide after he secures our borders and provides Tom Homan and company the resources and executive action needed to do their work.

This is a population that has legitimate asylum claims and America has a need for more farmers.

We have plenty of room in the heartland. These hardworking and persecuted farmers would make every red state in the heartland even more red and conservative and will bring a huge positive economic impact.

Unlike economic migrants from Africa, Caribbean, Central America, and South America who came under Biden/Harris for economic reasons, these farmers are actually in the middle of experiencing a real genocide.

This is all stuff to consider only when we have secured our owns borders.

Where are you getting this idea that immigration is fully the jurisdiction of the executive branch? It certainly came be the Constitution, because Article One says "Congress shall have the power...to establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization", and generally, if the Constitution enumerates a power to the Congress, the power belongs to Congress and not the other two branches.

Now, just because Congress has delegated some immigration matters to the executive does not mean that immigration is "fully the jurisdiction of the executive branch." If that were the case, then the president could grant citizenship via executive order rather than (as the case actually is), citizenship is granted pursuant to relevant constitutional provisions and statutes.

That's a very interesting reading of Arizona v. United States, because the case is actually about Congress preempting a state's law, and it says that the federal government has full power over immigration, but nowhere in the opinion does it say the executive branch has that power.

Texas tried to do the same thing as Arizona's SB 1070 with SB 4 and it is still stuck in the courts.

The courts have made in pretty clear that the federal executive has unchecked power over immigration.

Abbott has spent the last four years begging for help and the court system let Biden and the Democrats bring in as many illegal immigrants as they wanted to bring in.

If you can let it 15 million illegal immigrants in one term like the Biden/Kamala/Democrats did with a 6-3 conservative Supreme Court then the court system has decided the executive has almost unchecked power over immigration.

The judiciary even let Democrats use a phone app to bring an additional 1.5 million illegal immigrants just through the phone app.

If Biden/Kamala/Democrats can bring in 15 million economic migrants then Trump/Republicans can bring in actual victims of genocide through asylum from South Africa after our borders are secured.

These farmers don't just face a poor economic situation like the Biden/Harris/Democrat illegal immigrants from 2021-2024. The farmers who are still alive face almost certain rape and murder to themselves and their families.
