that does not count when you outright state something as a fact - that this person IS a white supremacist.

There is NO evidence that this is the case. There is no "opinion" or "entertainment" here to hide behind.

If the Supreme Court would overturn, or at least weaken, New York Times Company v. Sullivan, a lot of this crap would stop in an instant.

Right now the media hides behind it for protection.

"Extremist" is someone who verbalizes things that aren't politically correct, but are factually accurate.

A "white supremacist" is an "Extremist" who happens to be white.

Wrong. Black republicans are also white supremacists. Remember the LA Times called Larry Elder a white supremacist. Republicans are all white supremacists regardless of their race according to Democrats.

I think if she had said "he is a white supremacist", she could call it an opinion. But calling him a "known white supremacist" implies that it has been proven or established as fact, which is something she has no evidence to back up and can't claim to be just an opinion.
