Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody has filed a lawsuit against current and former officials of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for allegedly ordering its workers to ignore storm victims who support President-elect Trump.

"According to whistleblowers, 'at least 20 homes with Trump signs or flags' in Lake Placid, Florida 'were skipped from the end of October and into November due to the guidance.'"

Moody vowed to investigate the allegations as Floridians still face the threat of damaging storms this season.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said he supports the legal action and further instructed other state agencies to take "any action necessary" to investigate and hold alleged wrongdoers accountable.

"It's unacceptable for the federal government to discriminate against Floridians who voted for Trump, and especially egregious in the aftermath of a hurricane," he said.

Looking forward to new DHS Secretary Kristi Noem fixing this mess.

The single most discriminated against group in the United States today is anyone who publicly expresses any view to the right of Karl Marx.

Insane to me how wanting low crime, low prices, secure borders, and a non-interventionist foreign policy makes you a bad person.

These are all common sense things everybody agreed on until the Democrat party went so far left on every single issue over the last 2 decades.

It's truly sad how much the federal bureaucracy under the Democrat Party pitted Americans against each other.

I couldn't even conceive not helping someone in a natural disaster situation, regardless of race, sex, religion, or especially politics. That some could even think of this speaks loudly as to how the left views the individual and human dignity.
