A statewide recount has occurred 4 previous times and has never resulted in a reversal of the results. Casey is down 26k votes and is extremely unlikely to make up that in a recount. He still has yet to concede.

I read on here yesterday the lead was 30k. We've seen this playbook before. The Democrats didn't bring in that scumbag Elias just to narrow the margin of loss. The Republicans better show up in force with their attorneys and observers ready to fight to the bitter end.

Marc Elias is a Democrat mercenary who may very well steal this thing. He specializes in "excavating" controversial ballots. I am sure Philadelphia will find 30K of those.
