Always a good experience watching this guy's critiques, but just let this wash over you.

Also re-iterates a point that has already been discussed, i.e. social media has made us aware that slebs are really no more interesting than anyone else and their reaction on social media to the Covid thing drove that point home like a wooden stake into a vampire's heart.

Anyway....go away now and watch the Drinker do his thing.

I hadn't heard of Critical Drinker until I saw Redditors complaining about him and mentioning that he was banned on some movie and show-related subreddits. That's when I figured I'd probably enjoy the channel.

I don't disagree, but if every conservative on X is not following Justine Bateman since the election, you are missing out on a genius at work. Justine got a degree in Computer Science and also happens to be a filmmaker and longtime Hollywood actress. She's also tired of the woke crap and Hollywood progressive speech codes and it is glorious because she's not just going after Hollywood social media comments she's doing politicians, talking heads, media, and just random people melting down. Using lots of Libs of TikTok post to do this cross between comedy and dunking.

I'm guessing she's written some kind of code to help pull this off. I don't know.

I would describe Justine as basically a Hollywood female version of Elon Musk as far as politics. She's in the I didn't leave liberal the liberals left me and they are destroying free speech with their woke agendas and trying to destroy people's lives just for having a different opinion. So liberal heavy dash of libertarian.

She is but I think they had a falling out as IMDB doesn't even list Jason as her younger brother but he definitely is. Obviously he's a liberal who hasn't been red-pilled yet.

The Critical Drinker's episode by episode breakdown of The Acolyte is incredible, that's what got me hooked. If you have the time to watch them I highly recommend it. I watched it initially for the names of the episodes: A Stunning and Brave Disaster, A Show Made by Idiots, I'm Done and so is Star Wars, It's the Least Bad Episode so Far!, Revenge of the Cringe, Where Common Sense Goes to Die, The Nightmare is Finally Over. He holds nothing back, and there's something extra fun about his critiques since he's Scottish.

He did the same thing for the The Witcher series where the woke producers took a great IP and loaded it up with so much stronk girl power bs and also jettisoned the already written lore that Henry Cavill left the series causing it to literally collapse.

Here is one of his best. He reviews Disney's live action "remake" of Peter Pan. He both critiques the remake but also really makes clear things about the original that you probably never thought of.

And before anyone says, "Take it to the Entertainment Board", watch it first.
