The cowards are running scared!

The man who's name could not even be typed in a post, for many months on social media (years on Facebook), has been advised by attorneys to flee the US.

If he leaves, I hope Blackwater hunts him down, and extracts him.

He can't hide from Erik Prince!

To be an enemy is one thing, You know where they stand. However, betrayal is another. To trust someone and then have him/her betray you is the worst and unforgivable.

Ciaramella and Vindman are going to be held accountable.

Alexandra Chalupa and Victoria Nuland must be held to account too.

Is it actually legal for an attorney to advise their client to flee a country to avoid prosecution?

Sounds to me that's a continuation of a crime and the attorney is now involved in an obstruction of justice scheme.

Need an Aggie lawyer to expand on this.

I am not sure the law/rules on advising clients to do this.

If you committed a crime, it's not 'retribution'. It's justice.

The media and deep state operatives have conspired to break any law or standard necessary to override legal election's b/c they can't control Trump.

Too f-ing bad. I hope he drops the hammer on all of the rats.

I was thinking the same thing. You can't advise a client to run.

Well, for sure you should NOT tell people what you advised your client to do. And you should tell your client to not disclose his attorneys advice. Blabbing about attorney advice leads to waiver of privilege.

Edit to add: "sources say …" the media lies.

Are you referring to the first impeachment? Ciaramella was the unnamed at the time "whistleblower" that reported through Vindman I believe on the contents of Trumps call with Ukrainian leader Zelensky that alleged Trump inappropriately asked Zelensky to "interfere in our election" by investigating the Bidens activities in Ukraine. It was all bull**** and Trump released the full transcripts of the call proving that but it didn't stop Adam Schiff from bringing the impeachment.

Exactly.

His lawyer never told him to flee. He told him to call a certain vacuum repair store and say, 'I need a dust filter for a Hoover Max Extract 60 Pressure Pro"

Going off memory here so.....

Anyway, Hawg will be along at some point and she has all of this down pat.

Obama greatly expanded an agency under his admin with a bunch of liberals and I believe the one I'm thinking of is the NIC. That is where Ciaramella and a buddy of his were working and they were known Trump haters. Then the buddy gets hired on with Adam Schiff's staff then tells Schiff a whistleblower (Ciarmella) has info on Trump. At the same time, Michael Atkinson suddenly leaves the DOJ as an attorney and becomes inspector general for the intel community. I don't know if Atkinson had any involvement in the Russian collusion hoax with the other DOJ lawyers but he was working very close to them and certainly would have had extensive knowledge.

They had everything set up before they went public with Trump's phone call and Schiff originally claimed there were 6 or 7 illegal quid pro quos offered by Trump. Trump then surprisingly releases the transcript of the phone call and it shows Schiff was a liar. They then amended the claim to 1 quid pro quo which was a stretch.

Everyone involved in that hoax should go to prison. They colluded and lied.

I truly hope that Trump moves forward and not backward. We have a chance to make some serious changes, however, if all we do is re-hash the past we will look up and see we wasted yet another opportunity.

We have a razor thin margin in the house and senate, we need to do the most popular agenda items in the first 2 years get flip as many Senate and House seats as we can at midterm. Then hammer the less popular agenda items.

Time is of the essence and the entire Dem platform for midterms is going to be obstruction of appointments, laws, lawsuits, etc....

Easy come, Easy go

Why not both? These people need to pay for their crimes in real sentences, otherwise they will be emboldened to keep the same types of behaviors.

Trump can move forward with his agenda and the courts can sentence a few of the main co-conspirators to real time behind bars.

IMHO, it will fall right into the Dems playbook framing Trump as a vindictive, power-hungry, authoritarian jailing his enemies.

It will be easy to point fingers and then claim he will make all women birthing machines and change the laws to allow him to be a Dictator.

Obviously, all BS but they will run screaming to the hills and the media will jump on every untruth and say I told you so, and the lefties will line up behind them with pitch forks.

It just isn't necessary, fix the laws, fix the courts, make it impossible for the DOJ and FBI to be weaponized by politicians. That is the hill to die on IMHO

I don't care about the media portrayals of Trump as vindictive.

He has every right to be vindictive and should given the last 9 years of abuse the media, the deep state, and leftists have hurled at him..... everything from Russia hoaxes, dubious trials, and even bullets.

If they didn't do anything wrong/commit any crimes, they have no need to be worried about "retribution."

If they did, and are never held to account (because of fear of media and dem portrayals), they will never change their ways, and just do it again.

Update; CIA leftist stooge Ciaramella has never been charged, is a reporter for Reason now (was with Buzzfeed before). More evidence of his bias/treason has been declassified this year.

6 largest boomerangs from Ukraine impeachment hoax:
Quote:

5. Biden changed U.S. policy in his push to fire Ukrainian prosecutor investigating the company for whom his son worked.

The vice president's December 2015 visit to Kyiv has been the subject of much scrutiny surrounding Hunter Biden's business dealings with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma. It was on that trip that Vice President Biden called for Ukraine to fire its chief prosecutor, Viktor Shokin. The vice president threatened to withhold a substantial U.S. loan guarantee if not. At the time, Shokin was probing Burisma and its owner, Mykola Zlochevsky, for corruption. His son, Hunter, had just officially joined the board of the company in May 2014.

The narrative during the 2019 impeachment was that Biden was carrying out official U.S. policy. However, documents later uncovered by Just the News show that the U.S. government had approved of the reforms Shokin was making to combat corruption in the prosecutors' office and recommended approving the loan guarantee.

The Washington Post fact-checker then confirmed Biden may have indeed "called an audible," or changed the plan, on the firing of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin on his way to Kyiv aboard Air Force Two in December 2015.

6. The whistleblower's potential biases were kept from House investigators.

Earlier this year, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence alleged that a former U.S. intelligence community inspector general helped "manufacture a conspiracy" that led to the impeachment proceeding against President Donald Trump in 2019.

The declassified memos written by investigators for now-former intelligence community Inspector General Michael Atkinson, who first handled the CIA analyst's complaint, flagged the Ukraine whistleblower, Eric Ciaramella, for having a "potential for bias." The memo elicited an apology from Ciaramella for misleading the probe about his prior contact with staffers on the Democrat-led House Intelligence Committee, admitted he criticized GOP congressmen, recounted that he asked to hide his complaint from Republicans on the intelligence committee, pointed to his close links to then-Vice President Joe Biden's efforts in Ukraine, and more.

More documents may call into question the credibility or reliability of key testimonies used in the proceedings as the White House Government Transparency Task Force continues its paper chase.
