Well, it is kind of like this:

You start with $1,000,000,000
You spend $1,020,000,000

Or pretty close to that anyway.

Halperin and Spicer were talking about that this morning. Sean said that he laws changed several years back and the candidate themselves actually have personal liability for those debts. They can fundraise to pay off that debt, if anyone wants to help her.

Or can go to vendors to work out deals. But there are some FEC legal considerations too when taking that route. Not a simple fix.

This is what happens when you have grifters involved in a campaign. These people have no idea how to allocate resources responsibly, only how to expend more resources.
