Just checked on Cambria County Pennsylvania. This is a red county. 58% of the vote is in with McCormick leading a little bit better than 60/40. When the in-person ballots are finally counted and posted he's going to increase his lead.

It has not been called yet because there's still several thousand outstanding ballots from all around the state. It's going to be a few thousand in one county, several hundred in another, etc. Technically it's mathematically possible for Casey to come back.

Once Cambria County posts I think we're going to start seeing a lot of calls for McCormick.

I don't think it's too surprising she's well short of Trump's vote totals. She rubbed a lot of people the wrong way 2 years ago. My wife and I voted for her, but I know a lot of folks didn't. Mark Lamb would have been a better choice, IMO.

It would be rather ironic if the queen of Stop the Steal in 2020 were to be declared the victor by virtue of the very last ballot dump in 2024.

Latest numbers: across the seven battleground states, the '20-'24 swing towards Trump was ~3.1 pts. Across the other 43 states (+DC), it was ~6.7 pts.

Bottom line: the Harris campaign swam impressively against some very strong underlying currents.

So close in NV, WI, and MI. Lake is closing the gap down to 2% in AZ. It was a great night for the GOP for sure, but I'm greedy and wish GOP picked off a couple more Senate seats. Not sure the GOP will see this type of momentum in an election for a while. MI was damn close.

Yep. There's a reason the Democrat PACs were running ads against Lamb in the primary. They knew facing Lake would be their easiest shot.
