What is going on with the PA Senate race? There shouldn't be that many outstanding votes in Philly. I don't think they are allowed to count any mail ballots not received by Election Day.
Update on #PASen race: Philadelphia has now all but exhausted its ballots. The largest chunk of ballots remaining is Cambria County Election Day. We believe this batch will net @DaveMcCormickPA at least 20k votes. With Philly now all but completed the race is over.

I don't think GA and NC would stay reliably red in that scenario IMO. A lot of their population growth isn't from people fleeing Dem states to be in more Republican/sane areas but reliable Dems moving there for tech and other job opportunities who still vote Dem.
