Just checked again and back to 89%. I swear it said 95% when I checked just a couple of minutes ago. DJT lead in PA is up to 220k and I thought that was why it moved.

Colorado voted for Harris, but IIRC they pledged to send electors for the winner of the popular vote. It would be interesting to see if they follow through with their pledge.
