Same for when Alabama or Arkansas is called almost at once for the Republican.

Allegheny County reporting all mail ballots should be counted tonight except for military/overseas ballots. They will have everything posted by midnight except for provisional and military. They think they have less than 4,000 military/overseas ballots.
Tens of thousands won't be enough.
