Years ago when my mom was in a nursing home in Atascosita, somebody came through and tried to register her to vote. Luckily, with her parkinson's dementia, she gave enough wacky answers about where the was born and soforth that the county clerk's office sent a letter to her address on file (my sister's house) asking to clear up the discrepancies. It is a different Republican PAC in Nevada doing the ballot harvesting. One of the things the PACs did was coordinate to not double up resources to make their funds stretch further. They divvied up responsibilities and areas of the country.
The election coordinator or whatever her role is for one of the Nevada GOP groups said they are actively ballot harvesting. If the other team changes the rules, beat them at their own game.

Philadelphia County Population has dropped slightly since 2020.
It will be interesting for them to produce a higher VT in a county with a flat or decreased population. Would not put it past the machine to try, but it will be interesting.

Republicans added 6000 voters in ne2 to rhe democrats 400 or so.
Biden won by 22000 votes in 2020. We will see but it's probably safely blue.
