It's called vote harvesting. When someone doesn't vote, they make a ballot for that individual. The results will show ballots counted.

Look at the bigger picture here, the popular vote, elusive for Rs since W. in 2004. NH flips, Trump banking votes in populous states such as NY, NJ and Florida helps tremendously with that number.

What I hope we see in Florida is Amendment 4, the abortion on demand amendment, going down in flames.

I had to vote for that damned Mary Jane Amendment, mainly because it makes absolutely no sense to continue pursuing prohibitive laws on a hallucinogenic when it has gained acceptance from the population.

It smells. They smell. And they have the nasty habit of voting for every authoritarian policy a leftist proposes so long as they promise to legalize or liberalize the use of marijuana. But as this nation spoke in the 1920s in relation to alcohol, so it is speaking in our time and place in relation to the weed.
