They want to make sure they have free and fair elections in the future so they can put him in office in 2028.

Unaffiliated are "Independent" or No Party Affiliation. Won't know until actual votes are put out by the SOS. We are still using just Party Affiliation at this time. An R Party Affiliation doesn't necessarily mean a vote for Trump, likewise for Democrat.

In 2016 unaffiliated broke D +1.5. I think they will break R in Florida for 2024.

- Trump trending much better in 2024
- Political pendulum has definitely swung back from where it was in 2020. In 2020, America was dealing with the aftermath of COVID and the political fallout from sensitive racial events in that year. Trump lost a lot of momentum that has returned in 2024.

Lara Trump and Whatley have 100,000 monitors and 500 attorneys on the rolls looking at every precinct

also even Governor Shapiro and Governor Kemp have been warning of shenanigans and even democrat DAs have been investigating allegations of fraud the last few weeks

with smart phones and TWITTER it is much harder for them to industrial cheat and not get caught

Hopefully it won't matter and be over in FL by that time.

what plausible reason would there be that Trump will win if the GOP wins by 23% in Florida or by 20% in Florida/?!

1% difference in Florida determines how many people vote in Pennsylvania and in Michigan and in Arizona?!!

I think alot of these "what to watch for" are pretty made up metrics

that have NO CAUSALITY even if some correlation.

if the Florida Panhandle adds 1% that then determines how Northern Virginia leftists in Fauquier County are going to vote?!!

Over 2.2 million mail in votes have already been counted in FL. Again, Florida's outcome is already known, the issue is whether the Election Day voting there tops 15, or 20% GOP vs. Dem, as that would be used broadly as a proxy for how the night will go. FWIW, Dems typically get their Election Day 'counted' vote in pretty late, as they have idiots running the counting etc. in their urban hubs, so really the only thing we have so far to compare is how it looks vs. previous cycles at this time of day, which is very similar (and, hence, good for the GOP).

Personally, I think the data shows the GOP likely to wind up around 18 in Florida today (Election Day only). They are up 21.52 right now:

And the GOP early vote did not actually cannibalize anything, that is a silly talking point based on voter turnout data. It's the Democrats (especially urban) that just haven't turned out this cycle, something we continue to see in this morning's returns.

Probably independent voters. That is who voted by party affiliation I bet.

It's votes by independent voters/non affiliated voters. It does not mean they are voting for 3rd party
