He didn't answer Joe's simple question - what would you do? In regards to the border situation.

He was asked at least 3 times, maybe 4 or 5.

He's seriously disabled from the stroke. I don't wish that on anyone but how is he making really important decisions when he REAKLY struggle for comprehend the conversation?

He's not disabled; just refused to answer the questions. It's really what he did not say that tells the more complete answer from the interview questions.

As someone already posted, he went on long tangents about ridiculous money spending and races, but never brought up that he out spent Oz in his own race.

I agree. The border question was a perfect example of the avoidance of answering the question asked 3-5 time - What would you do? He just wouldn't answer it.
