Based on what I remember from hearing him on a conservative radio talk show:
Patrick Byrne is the former CEO of overstock.com who claims, among other things, the FBI approached him to facilitate a bribe from Russia to Hillary Clinton so the deep state could own her, FBI had him honey-pot alleged Russian spy/alleged Russian scapegoat Maria Butina, and he has knowledge of how the 2020 elections were rigged.
Hunter Biden sued him for defamation in 2023 for claiming Biden sought an $800MM bribe from Iran to have $8 Billion in assets unfrozen for them.
And he released a book, his memoir, earlier this year about all of it.

His lack of success after Overstock seems to stem from him jumping from idea to idea, never seeing any of them all the way thru.

That's not the whole story. This is."It sounds to me like this is a rich guy who went off the rails, jumps from venture to venture trying to be the next best thing, and now he's trying to sell books.
Who knows what he does or doesn't know about what's going on behind the scenes in Kamala's campaign. It doesn't really matter. Hillary was over-confident as well, and Trump still won.
