Practices and Consumer Protection Law. Krasner seeks to enjoin the Defendants from
continuing with their program.

If Trump wins, I think Elon Musk is going to help Trump fire a whole bunch of government workers. Ideally, about the same percentage Musk fired at Twitter. 80% is my dream number

the court made the right decision sending it back to the state.

it only made it to federal court b/c Musk's team claimed there were federal implications.

there are not. it is a state specific issue, and for the state to prosecute.

Its already had the desired effect as to what Musk wanted to do so really at this point any civil penalty or whatever is no biggie to Elon.
