It's funny to me that you simply accept a made up rule where certain people having privileges over words that others don't. It says a lot about your lack of critical thinking skills, and makes it obvious why you'd be so gullible to vote for Democrats in the first place.
Let me show you something I can, and will say, that's completely correct and fact-based, just like that comedian's joke, and that isn't "racist" simply because it's critical of a well-known problem in a place largely inhabited by brown people:
