I dont get the "scam" part. Bad losing candidates don't just give up and concede before the election. They pretend they are winning or will have a chance to win.

Is it also a "scam" that many on the right claimed that this election would be very close?

Also, why do people think a county map showing red cow pastures is something to be proud of? We have always known low population rural areas vote for GOP, just because it further shades the map red doesn't change vote totals.....it just gives off the perception of a bigger victory with more unoccupied land masses colored red on a map. Conservatives have much bigger backyards than Liberals.

It's more like the left systematically lied their asses off the entire election cycle about who they really were, what they advocated, what policies they truly backed, and most of all about their opposition, and lied to themselves about the quality and ability of BOTH of their presidential candidates. They spun and deceived so often and so consistently with their win at any cost propaganda narratives that I think many of them deluded themselves into really believing the things they were pushing over time. It was a sort of mass hysteria, and it still persists for many on the left who insist that disaster is just around the corner.

Yeah, I think very few were motivated by her. So the machine had to gin up other angles to motivate their voters such as historical first woman vote or first AA President or appeal to emotion like you mentioned underdog of female David vs. male Goliath. I think close elections bring out more voters. If your candidate is favored by a bunch, I think it discourages voters on both sides. If your candidate is either favored by a lot or expected to lose by a lot, some people might think their vote doesn't effect the outcome, so why bother.

Ok, but looked like Kirk cited the internal polling as the scam in that tweet.

I think the reason she lost was because enough people recognized the things you reference. They may have misled about internal polling, but ultimately it was her not distancing herself from woke ideology that kept her from getting more votes....along with no massive mail ballot cheating effort.
