I can't copy the text on my phone, but it's in the second paragraph on page 2. But the gist is $800 MM was transferred from CBP to FEMA, but it wasn't transferred into the Disaster Relief Fund. That's a separate pile of cash. We can debate if this is something we should be doing (we shouldn't), but no disaster money was spent on immigrants through this program.
