Most Likely Use of phones:

2 personal cell phones.
19 CIA/FBI provided cell phones.
9 NGO cell phones.
1 Ukrainian military provided cell phone.
1 cell phone exclusively for talking to Victoria Nuland, Alex Chalupa, Eric Ciaramella, John Brennan, and Zelensky.
It's amazing how many people don't understand this stuff at all, and just take the FBI/DoJ's word as the Gospel Truth still today.

Seems to me, FBI would want to hide that he did and claim he only has 1.
