Inflation is why housing is more expensive. And high inflation led to higher interest rates. That not only increases cost of a mortgage, but also has led to many folks with low interest rate mortgages staying put making a shortage of homes on the market, which has increased prices.

You knew they were going to try to repeat the line "concepts of a plan" as loud and clear as they could. Walt will repeat it too.

Vance just nailed the answer and made it darn difficult, with his 900 page point, but they'll still play to the dumb and repeat it anyway. He'll try to make it a funny insult.
