The real criminality in all of that is probably what the supplier charges the government in usage and supplies.

In the old days (5 years ago) I would have said "what a great way to get druggies to turn themselves in"…but we know these days they have a greater chance of going to jail for using the wrong pronouns than shooting heroin.

My company is half in Canada. I was up there in May helping out on a project and had to do Canadian First Aid and H2S training ( no reciprocity, go figure).

Anyway... You can get NARCAN kits, free of charge at any pharmacy, grocery store or even bars.

Western Canada is Way more conservative than the East. They all hate Ontario.

The Left, and those that follow that religion, say one thing (lies), but the truth (another word they despise) is, they really want the demoralization and downfall of Western Civilization and any form of merit rewards its opportunities present. Its leaders are evil, and their followers are evil and/or Useful Idiots (pick one). Facilitating rampant drug use, fueling addiction, moves them to their real goal stated above.
