I have noticed recently than many violent criminals and property criminals are using covid face masks as well. I believe some place in New York or somewhere in the northeast or the west coast decided to ban masks because they are being used for violent crime and property crimes.

Hopefully these violent criminals are caught and prosecuted.

Lake Michigan is so beautiful and the food in Chicago is amazing but it has been completely ruined by soft on crime Democrat judges and soft on crime DAs like Soros funded Kim Foxx. Also soft on crime governor in JB Pritzker at the top who eliminated all cash bail and signed the pro violent criminal SAFE T act. Also the new mayor of Chicago is even more weak on crime than Lori Lightfoot was. The new mayor is an open Marxist.

Visited a relative in the Lincoln Park area a couple of years ago. His constant worry was about street crime in the area. And he was a fit, athletic guy but the proliferation of crime had worn him down and he wasn't mentally ready to use deadly force to defend himself.

I would assume the criminals stole the Range Rover. Car robberies, car theft, carjackings, and aggravated carjackings with a deadly weapon are very common in Cook County, IL/Chicago.
