Biden Committed 'Impeachable Conduct' to Further Family Influence-Peddling Scheme, House Republicans Allege in Final Report

Not fit, not to run, not fit to govern, not fit to stand trial.... Pity...(for the U.S.)

blah, blah, blah...The Republicans had their opportunity to act on this years ago. Now it's just political saber rattling. The RINOs in Congress are a bit part of the problem.

of course he did. he was always a corrupt lying career politician. he told a tv host in the 1970s not to assume he wasn't corrupt because our system breeds corruption.

If the evidence they present is so overwhelming, then surely they can convince the Republicans in the House (who hold the majority) to vote for impeachment, right?

If only there Was something the House could do when they find a president has committed impeachable acts.

Great work guys, glad you waited until the man only has a few months in office to reveal the obvious.

Remember how Pelosi rammed through Trump's 2nd impeachment in one week. The democrats have moxy or overwhelming hate, but they get the political hacking done.

Media also makes it difficult. When Republicans do it, it's frivolous and vindictive retaliation. When Democrats do it, it's holding leadership accountable. It's (D)ifferent.

This. This was a pathetic news release. Everyone outside of Washington knew this years ago and so did they. But $$$ talks and justice gets slammed.

Just another case for: Term limits now !!

Your sarcasm is again noted. But maybe you are not smart enough to know that as slow as our system operates, Biden might as well rot in his chair until they cart his brain dead ass out on Jan 21.

The Republican majority in Congress to carry an impeachment proceeding against Biden wasn't large enough to win. Too many squishes in the caucus to stop it.

The work by Comer and Donalds has been impressive. Oldfinger's lies regarding his involvement in his son's business operations were fully exposed with his involvement documented on multiple levels through the testimony of Archer, Bobulinski and others. With a Gingrich-level majority, you would have seen an impeachment brought against Pedo Pete.

In the previous Administration, were this a Trump Syndicate rather than that of President Xi's Delaware Puppet, then you would have seen an impeachment carried out, passed and forwarded to the Senate within a week.

Fear carries the day with the GOP-E and it has done so for way too long.

There is the reality of the situation. Democrats are enabled to be as corrupt as they want to be by an Republican Party enfeebled by mainstream cowards afraid of their own shadows.

I've only read the summary, but my favorite part has been the tacit admission that they have no actual evidence against President Biden by arguing that it shouldn't matter they can't prove he committed a crime. Page 13.

Except the Democrats controlled both houses of Congress in 2021 and 2022.

Try again.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

there have a mountain of evidence, but they continue to be obstructed from off-shore bank accounts for the many shell companies to actually nail him.

you clearly didn't read the national review article linked in the OP or the House Oversight Committee's final report, and get at least to page 13, if you are going to argue there's no evidence against Biden.

So this report signifies the end of the impeachment inquiry? First impeachment inquiry without an impeachment vote?

Article II, Section 4 U.S. Constitution...

Quote:

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

The "noncriminal" crimes fall into the misdemeanor category.

You're blaming Republicans for Biden's criminal behavior?

I get you're going for after the fact action, but the blame should be on Biden. And the DOJ and the FBI for not going after him.

Why?

They could have proof he was skimming billions directly from the Treasury into his bank account to pay for a child trafficking scheme and the Dems in the Senate wouldn't convict him...

What I hate is that we didn't impeach him because we didn't want Kamala to be President. Here we are and Biden's has finally been forced out and Kamala is running anyway. Would have been better to see how awful she was for a year or two than play with fire and possibly get stuck with her for a full term.

That is why I quoted the "noncriminal" and then called it a crime. The house investigation called it "conduct", which could be interpreted by the house as a crime.
