If DL has decided that DEI is their brand that will drive everything else which is what this idiot lady is saying, then safety of flight will suffer as will operational quality. This is simple stuff. Any airline worth their salt makes safety of flight and operations their #1 priority because that's what they do day in and day out.
I've seen the stats on airline recovery from the Crowdstrike event and DL performed the worst of the airlines by a long shot. AA was recovered within 24 hours and DL was still struggling 3-4 days into it.
Not saying the other airlines aren't doing the same equity crap, but if DL has made it their #1 top down focus then I won't be flying them. Thankfully, I live in a part of the US where they are not prevalent.
